Dispute Process (Talk First)
Have a dispute? Email support@fxtradingafrica.com with “Dispute” in the subject and details inside. Give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If that fails, the courts above handle it.
Compliance and Export Controls
Don’t use the Site if doing so violates sanctions, export controls, or your local laws. If your jurisdiction bans certain content or products, you must stop here. Seriously.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest still works. We’ll replace the invalid part with something lawful and close to the original intent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. No side deals. No verbal promises. Just this.
